Grit Blasting

Abrasive grit blasting, or sand blast cleaning, is a surface treatment process widely used in a variety of different industries with many diverse purposes. Abrasive blasting is the process by which an abrasive media is accelerated through a blasting nozzle by means of compressed air.

Painting

Painting is a five step process . Applying Primer: This is the first step in painting process. Applying Putty:This process will bring smooth surface to the walls. To identify/test smoothness you can take a tube light and wall under that lighting , you will come to know smoothness of wall.

FRP Lining

FRP Lining. FRP Lining is resin lining to raise durability and safety by lining inside of concrete tank with FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics). It provides strength and is not affected by structural cracks which occur on the concrete tank.

PVC Lining

FRP (Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic) Lining has a very wide application to protect the surface from the erosion / corrosion due to chemical atmosphere or directly because of the chemicals handled there out.

Epoxy Lining

Epoxy pipe lining is often viewed as an alternative to replacing the old piping with a completely new system. In theory, the lining process involves coating the inside of the pipes with an epoxy resin to seal off pinholes and corrosion, creating a lasting solution to solving your pipe problems. That’s the theory.

HDPE Fabrication

Butt Fusion is the most important and widely used method of connection for HDPE pipes larger than 110 mm. It is a method of jointing pipe ends by way of heating and cooling under pressure, resulting in pipe joints as strong as the pipe itself.

PVC Fabrication

In everyday life Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is all around us, in various forms of products like 24% in pipes, 19% films & sheets, 17% profiles and tubing, 10% wiring and tubing, 8% bottles, 5% flooring products, 4% coated fabrics, 2% moulded goods and 2% vinyl goods. It is a major plastics material which finds extensive use in building, transport, packaging, electrical/electronic and healthcare applications.

FRP Fabrication

FRP involves two distinct processes, the first is the process whereby the fibrous material is manufactured and formed, the second is the process whereby fibrous materials are bonded with the matrix during moulding.
